I have started to explore others and expand my network.

In the interests of brevity I'll get right down to where I'm at:- I am educating myself, starting to network, have started looking for deals and swapped numbers with some sellers- I have capital - I own a home overseas (through an inheritance) that will get sold - educating myself for this sale was how I stumbled into Rich Dad... woohoo cashflow 101 classic online game mindset changer!!

-has build his/her own network in real estate investment to be able to connect myself with reliable lenders, property managers and contractors with incredible reputation.

i think i have a potential seller its a double wide 1846 square feet move in ready , with a short white fence & a shed 3 bed 2 bath 2 living rooms they want 39500 usually single wide homes are at that price in that park but i dont see comps for double wide onesi bepieve lot rent is 500-600

So excited to learn and network in the DMV area.

I am doing everything virtual for now while I travel with the military, so honestly any title company thats works nation wide would be good.

I have also learnt a ton by networking with local investors.
