People stay for the duration of a temporary job. 2 weeks to 6 months.

I would not approve it.However, if the visitor has a service animal, or emotional support animal, that is a different situation.

Is it ideal, no, but it is effective and temporary.

It is ultimately an emotional decision more than anything else, so if you are going to make one of these arguments, make sure to back it up with lots of documents and pictures if possible.

Be mentally and emotionally prepared to make several offers (Not at the same time, of course), as in a seller's market, listings often have strong multiple offers.6) Get into escrow, go through the motions of inspections/due diligence, and close escrow. 7) Polish it up to max out your rental income and get it rented.8) Rinse and repeat and get another.

I am concerned that once the COVID stuff is over and states open back up the inventory will not be as scarce causing the temporary inflation to go back down.

I am trying to use the advice of removing emotion from the deal and sticking to the numbers.  

Screening is the most important job we have BEFORE someone moves into one of our properties.This also helps to avoid making emotional decisions.

I get myself into trouble when I let my emotions rule close the deal, choose another agent for next time 

The property is just its temporary resting place until it moves on to a bigger and better location.
