Sadly, most PM's are terrible, some are straight-up criminals, and only a very small percentage are any good.

These all will probably change the local markets.On the other hand, the a lot of money earmarked for helping people cover mortgage payments is about to expire soon, so that might sadly affect residential in some areas.Anyways, just my 2 cents, thanks and best wishes!

NOTE: my bank would only loan on purchase price sadly, it would have just been much easier if they would have loaned me 80% of the appraisal.

Sadly a stark reality hitting so many today.We have several middle-aged 'potential tenants' looking for a rental unit commensurate with their inadequate Social Security payments (after years of just minimum contributions) & random side job renumeration.

An extreme example of when people lose common sense and have a fanatical ideology, (which sadly many of our fellow citizens do) is laws, contracts etc will not be enough to safe guard private property.
