I found it very helpful, though I confess that I am now a bit more overwhelmed and intimidated about real estate investing than I was before (no longer as starry-eyed, I suppose).One observation I did make, however, is that there are rather a lot of word omissions and other "typo" sorts of errors throughout the text.
