Good to know since real estate price around my area (Orange County) is too crazy now.

Apples and oranges.

For example, Wrigleyville is orange/red when Wrigleyville's crimes tend to usually be drunk people being stupid. 

I just moved to Orange County myself from Scottsdale, Arizona last month.

You're on the wrong road to success in real estate.......but hey, chances are you'll only do a couple deals, then mess up and then give up, sometimes the light goes off and you start learning real estate, but if it doesn't, if you end up wearing orange jump suits, they will turn the lights down for you......LOL :)

Now, natural hardwood is all the rage.Example: back in the 70s, having orange carpeting and green walls was the "hip" thing to do, and now we would not think of it.Example: back in the 60s, bathrooms would have pink, blue, green, or harvest gold tubs, sinks, and toilets. 

I live in LA/Orange County market and work as a loan officer and am interested in buying my first SFR or MFH.

But is there anyone out there who actually is actually currently renting out a home with a pool in California--LA, SF, San Jose, or Orange County.The home is situated near a beach community in California--so a pool would be a huge draw to a potential renter--setting it apart from other homes in the neighborhood.
