You're on the wrong road to success in real estate.......but hey, chances are you'll only do a couple deals, then mess up and then give up, sometimes the light goes off and you start learning real estate, but if it doesn't, if you end up wearing orange jump suits, they will turn the lights down for you......LOL :)

But is there anyone out there who actually is actually currently renting out a home with a pool in California--LA, SF, San Jose, or Orange County.The home is situated near a beach community in California--so a pool would be a huge draw to a potential renter--setting it apart from other homes in the neighborhood.
