I have asked for a refund after being told that there is a long delay - but I can't get a refund so far.

What is the best way to handle the situation to minimize risk of damage to property, etc?

Desperately seeking out any tips, tricks, or solutions those more experienced than us in this would recommend to prep the floor for tile in the most cost effective way; keeping in mind the rest of the house is finished, so we are trying to minimize damage to cabinets/drywall etc.

.- The home went pending twice with the same agent causing delays and additional hold costs.

We also don't want to physically go visit all our properties every-time we think there is ice just to give our plowing company a decision, that is the reason for outsourcing it to begin with.I would love to hear others thoughts on your salting policies, what ice melt products you use, and how to minimize that cost!
