I currently operate a number of short-term/medium-term rentals throughout the northern New Jersey area, primarily my own properties, and, to a lesser extent, for others, and also a bunch of long-term/traditional buy-and-hold type rentals.Do you manage these properties for landlords/investors, or do you own any properties directly?

If the property has high appreciation rate and long-term rental cash flow doesn’t look good then try medium-term and short-term rental.

We're so close to everything outdoors, there's an influx of people, most of them younger, the downtown and the northeast part of town have all sorts of developments coming in and we're still relatively -- relatively -- affordable and can find properties that work well for medium-term rentals (and long-term rentals, if long-term holding and appreciation are more your play.)
