We're so close to everything outdoors, there's an influx of people, most of them younger, the downtown and the northeast part of town have all sorts of developments coming in and we're still relatively -- relatively -- affordable and can find properties that work well for medium-term rentals (and long-term rentals, if long-term holding and appreciation are more your play.)
