@Jacob Beard I am completely fine with my girl friend seeing this post.

A Property Manager with hundreds of applicants every year will have to be more open about their processes to avoid a Fair Housing accusation or to survive an audit.

Unfortunately, he decides you're lying to him, calls CPS, police, etc, and accuses you of child abuse.  

Just like with you... my landlord was cool in person (even inviting my boyfriend and I over for games and fights etc.) but in the end he hid behind a piece of paper like a girl just for a measly few hundred bucks.

<g>There has been a string of things proceeding along those lines but I really do like the girls who run this PM company and they seem to mostly produce solid tenants for me.  

A timeline might be like this: replace Artsy while you're trying to get the security for Salon Girl.  

My favorite was the girl who gave us her previous landlords phone number as the number she had texted us from originally when asking about the property...Can you tell I work with low income housing?

They are looking for an additional 2 gals, and I now have concerns about approving these other girls, and ensuring a steady cash flow as things gel.I will have all fill out application, get co-signers, have a standard lease.

My friend was seeking feedback because she is afraid it might be mistaken as a threat or offend the landlord if she shares this knowledge with her and the handyman, while intended for their own protection.....and by the responders above calling her "evil" accusing her of "narking" and "causing trouble for the landlord" and "pulling a stunt like this"....holy smokes, man.....I can see why she'd fear such a misunderstanding.   

Interesting accusations, but nothi nothing to do with the city or mayor as a whole.
