This site is fantastic for so many reasons, but one critique I have is that it sets an unrealistic expectation that everyone needs to find an off-market, undervalued deal.

It means you've got to have your analysis fantastically dialed, but if you know what you're getting yourself into by researching your butt off, it's a possible path forward!
