I spoke to an agent I met here and he said you have to look through A LOT of properties to find that good one and my eyes rolled to the back of my head like that episode of SpongeBob haha! 

I recently wanted a BP podcast episode 392 I believe where someone did this in Seattle and is actually quite successful.

There was a great podcast a few episodes ago about “vacuuming the truck” (episode 276, I think) which basically means if you don’t know something take it one minor step at a time as you figure it out and then go on to the next minor step until you’ve figured out the whole deal.

It is amazing how much information is in each episode!
