I 100% believe this is just trolling, and am exhausted of the lack of policing such on the forums. 

He was a police officer (hated his job) and she was a freelance photographer. 

I wonder if it will simply become a way to transport drugs between the three cities avoiding police on the freeway and avoiding airport sniffing dogs???

@Justin Jarboe  This is required by our city and basically most of the state of Minnesota landlords are required to take a day long certification class give by area police departments, the certification lasts several years, and the property owner can not get a rental license unless this certification is current and copy is submitted with the rental license application / renewal. 

Landlord polices have gotten insane in Texas lately. is the property in the RGV or elsewhere in Texas?  

We only invest outside of Denver now.This is just the beginning, more to come, more restrictions more rules, higher fees all in the name of protection of renter's rights, with rules and fees that affect a large majority of compliant investors to police a tiny percentage of violators.

There's a lot of potential now as for war zone every ward has their own little sections that you would need to have a police escort.

Basically saying you are an adult, I expect you to keep the place up, pay on time and hear from you if there is an issue (not your mom/dad or the police).

Set up an irrevocable trust for passing estate to grand kids(it works well) and you can even purchase a combination of cheap insurance polices to cover the estate taxes.
