This is the first time I  have considered buying a manufactured home.

@John Boutros You may want to check with local mobile home dealerships and your local manufactured housing association.

It depends on whether it is a "trailer" or a mobile/manufactured home.

Bill, It would depend who your carrier is, as they each have their own models from each manufacturer.

I'm sure when flipping manufacturing homes, comping, and doing your diligence, they all follow the same basic formula.

In MA you can pick which company provides the source of power, nationalgrid provides the infrastructure to get it to your house.I looked for the best quality panel, where it was manufactured and how it is installed to the roof.Since I had the solar installed I have not paid a electrical bill and the SRECs I receive for producing power pays for my heating bill.
