I have been wholesaling in Dallas for a decent amount of time now, but I am finding that my pool of investors is starting to run dry due to the majority of them currently working on projects.

Are You on North Dallas area?  

Last tape I bought in Dallas was 113 homes I was able to carve out of almost 200 homes on their list of assets they wanted to divest, and b/c they were publicly traded company they keep these sales in very tight and trusted circles. 

The landlords I have come in contact with here in Dallas 70% will lie about ownership but when I confront them; they start to sweat like a prostitute in church, and then they come clean.Joe Gore
