My wife quickly realized the power of Amazon/Prime, and now we get nearly EVERYTHING that way -- from toilet paper to dog food to light bulbs to soap to birthday presents and even some food.  

I spoke at length with a company called Guardian Water & Power, and they seemed very legitimate with what I would consider decent prices, but I'd love to hear who you all are using. 

And even if someone tries to push you over, you will get right back up, because ultimately the power to change your financial future is in your hands.

Has the admin opened the probate, been assigned as Admin by the court/given powers?

@Jassem A. , I could be wrong, but it seems like you are overstating how easy it is to find a $10k property, rent it, and start cash flowing.

BLO is 10 miles away from a university, close to a power plant(jobs), most homes are a walk away from the beach.

A Bank takes title to the property through a “Deed Under Power”, meaning they used their power of sale embedded in the Security Deed to ‘take back’ the property when the owner defaults.
