I would hook up with a paid/unpaid mentor that has the same goals as you or close to them. meaning, don't hook up with a fix-n-flip guy if you want long term SF Rentals or if you do find a SF rental mentor as well.

its in the chicago market a investor/wholesaler friend is giving me 1st dibs on it the address is 3746 n central ave apt 1D there is pictures online im still trying to figure out how to best analyze the deal my goal is to do a burr either with hard money, fha, w202 loan where it wraps in rehab or a combo of all to 1.make some cash flow its my 1st deal not trying to go brazy 2.when i refinance pocket as close to 20k cash as possible with out putting in more than 3-7k of my own money thus allowing to go find another hopefully bigger better deal with that cash and stack and repeat.
