Wages are low here and I would go for one cleaning lady, one manager and a half time fix-it guy.I dont know if that is too low - I read that it should be 50% ?

When I spoke with him, he said that the lady was interested only in replacing the entire ceiling.

One lady was going to get married and move away to live with her husband in his house. 

Some would say put more down rather than eat OTM, but for the average BP W2 folk I'd take the wholesome cash over more equity paydown simply because you need to hedge against the risk that say house prices do fall. 

Plus the ladies love a man who is handy so there is a plus.Another thing I forgot to mention is to buy mechanical devices that can save you time and labor when you go to repair stuff.
