I had a similar situation.

A sharp customer would be weary and would run from a situation you describe.

The Condo base on the last Title Study done in March 2019 is worth 150k the title is clean (it means it does not own any money) but because of the situation can get the private banks open a line of credit. 

for my long-term tenants, I ask these questions:... tell me about your pet situation...

You're asking a question that can't be accurately answered without having a lender really know a lot more about you and your situation. 

My son just got married to a German young lady and they teach it over there....her spending/saving habits are incredible.Re your questions, I'm far from an economist but from what I hear discussed, the real worry is having this situation get so bad that we are no longer used as the world's reserve currency.

I can give you real world example of someone I know personally that bought directly from a seller (and it was "family") that went directly through a seller and is now in a situation where he spent more than the property was worth, the property had termites and needed new flooring. 

Obviously everyone's situation is unique but I think most people underestimate how much in incremental earnings you can make if you figure out how to get the algorithm working in your favor. 

I’m wondering what other landlords in similar situations are doing about this?
