How do I go after this bad check - the bank it was written on states it was an obvious case of "Intent to fraud" - but will not give me the name of the person ( starter check) - any info would be appreciated.

So for starters, the stairs are probably a safety hazard, so that's a no-brainer and what you ought to be prioritizing always everywhere.A little water in the basement???

I may eventually sell the properties, but for now they feel like blue chips in the the sense that they should consistently produce a nice bit of monthly income and I can still tap into their equity and make starter deals with cash.
