They are scamming you and you need someone to help cut through the falsehoods and you continue to believe them.

The Owner has to sign the actual deed and closing documents.A contract doesn’t “tie you to a property”…that is a made up BS term.This is Absolutely a scam.

Sounds more like a scam shell game, where you supposedly are transferring money (18% rate) tax free from one entity to another.

They're more aggressive with getting buyers to commit, but they're not operating a scam.
