I would hope he would touch on that, but that isn't what I'm talking about.What I teach is more related to enforcing contracts, (most people don't even read the contracts they are signing, let alone what could happen if you violate them) and then there are "implied" contacts as well, how to avoid being sued, what to do if you do get sued, what are the various reasons you might get sued or get a letter from the attorney general, that kind of thing.
