The Seller is dumping the property because he has Tenants that aren't paying rent, the NJ Dictator Knucklehead Phil Murphy repeatedly extends his Eviction Moratoriums and Joe Biden is now extending the CDC Eviction Moratorium, meaning it could take nine months or more to remove those deadbeat tenants.

Well, if he wanted extended title insurance and then pay $2000 for an ALTA survey, don't know if  you want that on every deal.Not really the point - Point is what is recorded now and what standard title will pay for.

If your area doesn't punish converted garages but rather extends the value of the original sqaure footage of the home directly to the converted garage space, that can be a great play.

Hotels are hard hit right now, so if that type works for your family I would talk to the sales manager or GM and negotiate hard....I'm guessing extended stay type places might be better for you...so you can do some meals in the rooms.

The eviction moratorium will most likely be extended, and the state or city you are purchasing in could have a longer extension than national moratorium.
