Hi,I'm interested in a 3 bed, 1 bath / unit duplex.  

She had a 2 bed 2 bath condo in Dallas she was looking at selling.

Two-bed REO houses in C neighborhoods were selling for under $20k 18-months ago, and renting for $650-700.

The property is a 3 bed/2ba on a dead-end street in a very convenient area.

I've also run into realtors giving me comps that were similar based on # of beds and baths but when I analyzed those comps more they weren't in the same quality neighborhood and some "attached" homes etc and weren't quite the same as what I was looking at.  

I'd like to get some opinions on this potential deal.Realtor friend contacted me about a 2 bed 1 bath property in Sacramento, CA (This is out of state for me) where the buyer has already express interest in accepting 50k for the property.  

A power of attorney ends which the death of the person that granted it. 

It is a 3 bed 2bath SFH. 

My grandmother in law owns an old 3 bed 2 bath 1500 sqft in Addison section of dallas worth over a million.Honestly its like anything else, location means everything.
