He has no credit score due to lack of credit history *The number they gave me for their current landlord is not correct *The reported occupancy dates on the screening report dont seem to be completely accurate but both seem to have a history of bouncing around and locations for each are different so they must not have been together very long *They brought the deposit in cash to the showing Applicant B:Single mother.

It's when you have a tenant complaint, a fire, or code violation and your inspections are not up to date, then it comes out that you're not in compliance and they hit you with a bigger bat.They may tweak the inspector requirement to a licensed inspector, you can look for that lobby to bounce in.

thats landlording.but seriously banks already do this... there is a data base for those that bounce too many checks their SS is flagged and they can no longer open checking accounts anywhere in the US..
