With no institutional background in real estate I was just beginning to think if I was being a bit too eager with being completely "hands on." 

I take as many clients as I want and make my own schedule.I am also still in the National Guard, which is another great option if you want some guaranteed income and the ability to (mostly) choose when you work.

I've inquired with several lenders this past week (national and local) and it they all seem to say yes at first, then ultimately get a "no" somewhere in the process due to the number of properties or other federal lending restrictions.
