I am doing buy and holds in MI.

When we get to ten I think he will feel better - I will be busy.I am retired so i try to do 90% of what needs to be done - hubby still working full time other job.Question - we have fours units in SE Michigan - Downriver specificially - what is ther target short amount of time between tenants -I have had beteen 2 days and 6 weeks

In Michigan however I can tell you the licenses lasts 3 years before you have to get it renewed.

I know this is not the way most do it, but for us it works, especially since an LLC in MI is $50 to file, $25 to maintain.

Forecasts for SE Michigan are pretty flat.
