Edited as Adam posted before me.Adam, I don't think Dion was saying so much that your advice to seeing an attorney be avoided so much as saying you don't generally need to go to an attorney to review a short sale contract, at least seasoned investor types shouldn't need an attorney.

And that brings me to..3) It took 10 days to get the book and I know somewhere they mentioned there was an eBook edition( you have to pay for shipping and then call later to cancel a subscription after 14 days.

The attorney I hired to review my lease agreement charged a rate of roughly $250 which included review, editing, and the works.

Edited post.And the online course isn't 4-6 hours... the one we use is like 5 minutes of clicking "next" as fast as you can.
