I know if I can get this deal out the gate my investing career will be on the fast track to success.I have VERY Little money and just below fair credit.

This has a garage at the very back of the large lot, that has a dead end street the buts up to it, AND it has a gate to my lot!!

Just think of all the houses you buy they are not all from little old ladies moving to the pearly gates..

Unless you're going to come out the gate with 25+ units it is not worth your time.

Hey Dana,I agree that the Bay Area does not have a good return for buy & hold properties.

@Ahmad Kakar The best way to learn the non-performing note business is to JV with someone with experience first, instead of going it alone out of the gates.  

Looking back I should have done a lot more research out of the gate.
