Those fields are VERY POWERFUL but can be simple to use on a basic level.  

I did the banking end myself, and admittedly that was a pain in the a$$ - I had to go to 5 local banks before anyone understood what I was wanting to do.This was in 2010 I think, and cost about $500 total.

Out here in the West the fire marshal has a lot of discretionary power..The main reason if there is a requirement for units to be sprinkled is because of GPH flow at the nearest hydrant is not adequate .
