One of my favorites is a lady with a ponytail and a whiteboard who explains the numbers in a simple way - you just have to get past the Chrismas lights she's strung around the board.I'd love to hear your thoughts and am really hoping this might be of some use to you folks!

Frankly, he's a very kind and generous guy and he gave this lady a lot of rope trusting that she would do the right thing in the end.

She was a nice lady, but essentially a glorified rent collector.

I remember being in court in GA one time, and watching a "dog lady" go in front of the judge for not licensing her pit bulls.  

Wages are low here and I would go for one cleaning lady, one manager and a half time fix-it guy.I dont know if that is too low - I read that it should be 50% ?
