It looks like the water storage tank splits, one pipe feeds the utility sink, washing machine, and a half bath in the basement, the other pipe looks like it feeds into the water heater.  

Check around toilets, tubs, water heaters and washing machines when inspecting!  

Then wash rinse and repeat.  

I think I have 7 left and I sell them and break even on them one I actually made 40k one I lost 10k so it kind of all evens out in the wash..
