I have talked to several lawyers in my area (north of pittsburgh) and every one of them said that creating a Nevada corporation that never has any intention of doing business in Nevada will make it appear to a judge that you are trying to hide something or are at the very least doing something a little shady.

The alienation clause that is in most mortgages and trust deeds is what your referring to when you say due on sale.now this clause gives the Lender the right to call all sums due and payable on the alienation of title.. but its a right and its at the lenders discretion.. other wise you would have every sub too being called right about now.. its not hard to figure out that these have happened any deeding of the property to any entity is an alienation.. some try to hide them with land trusts but banks are wise to those.. the ones that usually work is family trusts for estate planning.. or in some cases from you personally to your single member LLC.. but to sell to a 3rd party in any manner that's alienation of title.
