Any ideas on how to strategically structure the actual "strike price" of the options?

If they are professional buyer they should know the comps way before submitting bids and should have knowledge way better than the realtor, most realtor don't know how to do comps anyway they only run from localcma dot com or something like that, but they're not expert in neighborhood or price trend, I'm teaching my realtor how to do that and strategize on top of that. 

Where it could have been invested and growing for you.Consider looking at the mortgage as a tool that you can leverage, find a lender/loan officer who specializes in strategic mortgage planning!

All these questions and more need to be strategized and answered.

I recommend being strategic in how you ask these questions to local managers/agents, etc.

More for the passive investor but I like The White Coat Investor podcast and ChooseFI (financial independence).Inside Strategic Coach by Dan Sullivan is a good one for business imo.

If the goal is listings, be strategic on the properties you door knock, (IE owners that have lived there for 30 + years, have second or third mortgages, are delinquent in taxes, or anything that gives reason to sell. 

It's been a great run and I still can't believe the returns, but that was with strategic buys and refinances.
