That is a ploy to promote the omission of facts that otherwise  would likely result in most unlicensed brokers being told to get the heck out.

That would cost you approx $40-50k but helps solve your parking issue by promoting public transportation to and from your site, it increases the City's public infrastructure footprint, and adds value to your commercial property.

If you want to stick with houses and small multi-family, then partnerships are the most flexible, but also risky, as there really isn't any protection for you, like you would find as the General Partner/promoter in a syndicate.
