People are getting ripped off daily with the insurance products that you are selling, but majority of folks here are intelligent enough to realize that they are much better off taking control of their investments into their own hands, rather than giving their hard earned money to the insurance companies which pay their sales agents commissions up to 90% of the premium received.

Otherwise, it is because the house is a foreclosure and the bank just wants out; the house is beat all to hell and needs remodeled; the neighborhood is declining or already a war zone; the city is going to build a nuclear amusement park next door; ETC.

I recently foudn a good lender with an asset based product in the 75% LTV (30% noncourse for IRA, non-US resident etc) 6.75-7.5% range, 10-30 year terms (it does depend on the specific properties and which investor might buy the loan so he can't give you a quote without more info) and VERY IMPORTANTLY 30 DAY FUNDING!

On a price per Sq Ft basis these homes will "appear" expensive as they are certain costs that all homes pay, IE impact fees, ETC ETCI think this product (if marketed right) would benefit the lower end of the blue collar retiree spectrum, as they are essentially the size of a smaller mobile home.I also think millennials would love this product.
