List of suggestions.1) Be familiar with the eviction process2) Observe Disp. court prior to even filing3) Follow proper eviction procedures for your jurisdiction and do not request more than you can reasonably expect.4) Double and triple check court time and location.5) Make required copies for all paperwork you are going to give to the judge.
