For what my 2 cents are worth, Tom is a great guy with full integrity.

I believe any problem that presents in life is a simple stand-in for deeper issues - issues that are often so enmeshed into one's own personality that their (eventual) resolution (aka transformation) requires a disintegration of self (literally, a dis-integration), and a subsequent rebuilding of the self.

The Texas laws are A little vague but basically they say that if you have to make an improvement in order to protect the integrity of the house they have to pay you the whatever you paid at the auction plus whatever you had to do to make reasonable improvements to protect the integrity of the house plus a 25% penalty within 6 mos. what they mean by protecting the integrity of the house, if the windows are busted out and the roof is leaking, and the doors kicked in , you have the right to pay for the materials and labor in order to fix the house so it does not further deteriorate.

The vast majority of people who succeed do so because they have persistence and integrity.  

It's a move to simplify integration of America into a global system.

I am questioning the integrity of the people I am dealing with?

But it would take a seller with a lot of integrity willing to educate their buyers & to provide accurate #'s.

One might get the impression that I'm asking him if his journalistic integrity is for sale to the highest bidder and I just don't want to go to that level.
