This is where issues begin.After he saw the property, he sent me this huge email with the issues he noticed and started to accuse me that I lied and misrepresent the house.

The girl just got out of a toxic relationship and moving in with the father.

But the old girl would then count her minutes & only pay for the time she used NOT the ongoing monthly costs. 

Or I could put on my big girl pants and get to work.

My friend was seeking feedback because she is afraid it might be mistaken as a threat or offend the landlord if she shares this knowledge with her and the handyman, while intended for their own protection.....and by the responders above calling her "evil" accusing her of "narking" and "causing trouble for the landlord" and "pulling a stunt like this"....holy smokes, man.....I can see why she'd fear such a misunderstanding.   

I don't get that accusation at all.

Interesting accusations, but nothi nothing to do with the city or mayor as a whole.  

I can only provide a personal experience from the renters perspective.I was dating a girl for a year and we decided to rent and apartment together.

There are currently 3 females living in the condo now and I have a male interested in renting the 4th bedroom.Here is where the question begins, the other girls are not comfortable living with a male, however, the male applicant wants the room and does not mind living with all female roommates.Should I turn down his application for this specific condo because the females refuse to live with a male or will they have to get over it if the male is approved?
