(so, that would be around $35,000 for each property for a total of around $150,000)Then, I use the cash flow from the free and clear properties (and the excess cash flow from the other 4 properties) to pay down the debt of the other 4 properties.

Just like Mike said, if the home has a flaw somewhere then the buyer will expect it everywhere.I guess I can add a few more expensive items which can include but not limited to:add a deck or pergula crown moldingpicket fence/ sod yardsecurity systemappliancesadd a home warrantyaccessories (stage the house)

I thought the show was canceled since I haven't seen a new episode in a while and the reruns are sporadic.To answer a previous question, the people on FTH do get paid.The production company has been hiring staging and landscaping companies, which just goes to show the real business here isn't flipping house, it's these people becoming "stars" on a television show.Also, Property Ladder was not cancelled, the host of the show told me the other day that a new season starts in July.
