hmmmmm........while its a distant memory (about six month) i congers up memories of the Grinch  with a heart 3x too small.

I probably won't go back just because of that memory, and I'm not a picky kind of guy.I would really recommend to NOT go to Wayfair/Houzz/Overstock/Target/Etc.

I have done very little spec.I have done a few strip-malls, 9 mid-rise apartments (11 floors), and a grand total of one office building.Well, that post took me down memory lane.

Christmas was a craft and dates were frisbee in the park.I haven't earned a w-2 since 2002.  

My immediate concern is that if I miss my window to qualify then with alimony in place I'll be locked out of the market for another 2-3 years and the opportunity cost would be greater than any real or imagined conflicts down the road and that potential should be able to be mitigated with a properly crafted legal agreement.

This site needs a lot more guys like you, in my not-at-all humble opinion.I like my lever stopper vanity drains, I think pop-ups are trashy, and I have bad personal memories of stopper drains growing up on food stamps in D-class housing.

In the end, if you bring professionalism and excellence to your craft people won't care about the tattoos which is how it should always be.
