We'll definitely try this method - I do believe the guy that did the power washer used a cleaner and brush to try to get the stains out as well but was unsuccessful.

May as well not even house hunt in the jumbo price range, waste of time unless you've got a sweetheart deal where the seller is OK with waiting for 60-90 days, in which case one of those three are your best bet.If you need to close in 21-30 days to make your offers more competitive, we should chat. 30 days standard, less than that the cleaner your income/credit/asset situation is and the more paperwork you wish to provide upfront.
