We'll definitely try this method - I do believe the guy that did the power washer used a cleaner and brush to try to get the stains out as well but was unsuccessful.

I am from the Murrieta area and I manage Airbnb's out of state, it's really not that hard after you get it up and running-- it just takes time to scope out your area, find a good cleaner and set up the systems.

May as well not even house hunt in the jumbo price range, waste of time unless you've got a sweetheart deal where the seller is OK with waiting for 60-90 days, in which case one of those three are your best bet.If you need to close in 21-30 days to make your offers more competitive, we should chat. 30 days standard, less than that the cleaner your income/credit/asset situation is and the more paperwork you wish to provide upfront.
