@Konstantinos Porfyris New MHC owner here and I can assure you there will always be something you can't account for.There are too many things to list here, but especially on your first I recommend knowing as many current factors that play into operations.It does seem lucrative, but you have to ask yourself if it aligns with your goals.Distance or not, understanding how it will be run and solid information on why the current owners are selling at such a good price in relation to the NOI.All the best!
