Sorry, no data......from my view:If one earned money from which to "fix-flip"(unless you have a Gen Contractors lic, have side time... whatever), my opinion, [CAUTION] South Florida is nonsense clown act, (synthetic growth), Irma money is overbuilding / lifting a false R/E data market, and thanks to local tax multipliers are up 1-2 points; only adds to "comfort levels" if looking at SOUTH FL,  Monroe/Miami-Dade / Broward , etc, the East coast of the State has no industry to fund usual and customary lease terms.

Spending $15K on a designer in addition to the price of the furniture would be absurd for an STR that pulls in $20K/yr gross. 

That would be an absurd risk for an insurer to take on.  

If you are caught giving false information, it is a felony.

Respectfully - Ash  Totally agree with you Ash , MF syndicator bubble is going to be busting ,they been good sales people to convince alot of passive investors for false dreams.

Why this is being taught is absurd because you are falling in an area where you are brokering deals without a license and selling contracts which are selling securities without a license.
