The regional banks too have some good products to offer and provide the best of both worlds.... home town friendly and big enough to offer stability, competitive rates, good features and good service. 

I am looking forward to being a part of Bigger Pockets and being to connect with colleagues all over the world.

The next logical step seems to be moving into the investment world.

Prior to this year I had always been hesitant to  delve into the world of credit and my mindset was, If I don't have the money for it why charge it and if I do have the money for it then I don't need to charge it.  

But where in the world do i get legal california contracts to do the options, assignments, and purchasing agreements when i am not a realtor. 

I've seen videos and read lots of random things that have collectively piqued my interest in the real estate world.

I've been to 1 RIEA meeting in Richmond VA and it totally rocked my world.

I currently own and rent out a 3-story townhouse in the adjacent city (Aurora... where Wayne's World took place).
