I am good at Tik Tok ads and Facebook ads, this works for buyers but not sure what works best for listings.

Money can help free you some to work on your life's purpose and amplify what you believe in and help make you more fulfilled on a daily basis but doesn't solve everything.

You will live there for a year, hopefully get some equity so that when you refinance into a conventional, you can cash out, but in this market that is pretty unlikely.

Have you heard of this or think this would be a bad decision?

Purchase price: $90,000 Cash invested: $25,000 Bought a house this fall in Minot for $90k.

It did not help and you can probably keep such comments to your self if it’s not helpful.
