I'm not too familiar with the product out in that market, but I wouldn't be upset for a property to be pushing out a 22% cash on cash.

I think she is just upset we raised her rent upon her lease renewal (which she obviously agreed to) but ever since then she has been a huge problem to deal with.

In no way is that ok, and the tenant is 100% justified in being upset.

Victory is never so sweet as when it has been denied for awhile.

Maybe not every car is tracked, but if the one you are buying is, and you later found out that you didn't pay the $75 to get the report but that this was a Florida water damaged car..... wouldn't you be a little upset with yourself? 

Then we get upset when they meet our expectations, by giving nothing. 

Is it event worth it to consider this just because neighbors are upset, even while rent is being paid and house is presumably not being destroyed (yet)?

I remember I was told  your crazy Bob, , well, now those same people are upset they did not buy.

So for the sake of keeping things simple lets just assume that the banks upset price is 120k+/- and that this is the only lien involved.
