Farming operations have scaled correspondingly and what was the family farm of my grandparents is no longer sustainable ... in the areas where my parents grew-up, many "family" farms today are working  6 - 10 sections annually - a task that requires millions of dollars in capital equipment.There are also farmers who are specializing in organic and/or non GMO crops (both of which may require maintaining a wide border strip between their fields and their neighbours crops).There were (and likely still are) two principal ways of renting farm land in that area: a) straight rent per acre/quarter/section or b) a share cropping arrangement with the farmer working the land.  

I have a lawyer, but this is not the type of question he specializes in.

However, upon receiving my undergrad I have plans on attending Law School specializing in Real Estate. 

One is definitely badly in need of repair (it seriously has paper towels stuffed in a crevice toward the top) and I'm paying $335 installed to have that window replaced (they had to special order it). 

I too worked for that company in Savannah for 21 years.I retired a while back and have added to my SFH rental portfolio to supplement retirement.I currently live in Charleston and have found it is a good investment market.

It can be painted over with special paint, which is called encapsulation.Testing is also not expensive.If the house was renovated 10 years ago, it was probably already dealt with.
