If the property condition doesnt qualify for VA financing based on condition, they simply will not accept the offer if the listing agent knows ehat he is doing.You already know the problem, so you shouldnt waste your time, and money on an inspection and appraisal if you know the property will not qualify for financing.

I discovered that in my 2 months and 6 day journey so far :)  Indeed they do not want to take a chance, plus for sure some are not really specialized... in for example multi-family housing.Indeed I understand where they are coming from too, heck if I was Broker I would be the same... but... what i learned is that.......simply talking to people about your intent is very powerful.

You can BRRRR within the entity (you will have to gurrantee the loan) Also, very simply stated, you can distribute the cash out of the S-corp or LLC tax-free if you dont go over your basis.
