Here’s our OPINION for the Metro Detroit market (use as a template for your target area!)

It just hard to find ARVs since comps are all over in this market and we don’t have too much experience in that area of Jersey.

In our area, the utility company will not allow water / sewer to be placed in tenants name, however natural gas, power, and everything else can be as long as its sub metered.

But my background and experience is in Business Development, and Marketing Strategy in close integration with sales, so I figure I at least have some transferable skills that'll allow me to make the most out of property as an asset class.

I believe in the power of community and am excited to learn from those who have already walked this path.
