Well tomorrow is the last day of the grace period and he hasn’t returned any calls or text about paying, the outstanding water bill.

They really have been outstanding in their care for the place, and I hate to see them go.

Park owners I have dealt with will block moving the trailer, if there is outstanding lot rent, though I doubt you are legally liable.
