Are you saying if the bank foreclosue on the home the family member might loose his principal even if they have a lien on the home?

This property is fairly hands on and requires around 4 hours per week of messaging guests, updating pricing, buying supplies + 1-2 visits per month to deliver supplies and property manage.I enjoy Colorado but am not bound to it.

This RED industry is fraught with peril when you know what your doing, otherwise without experience, your bound to make major deposits in the "experience" bank account, i.e. losing money. 

Property values have been increasing by leaps and bounds in certain areas.

College always is something to fall back on, but I loose out on quite a bit of money in the process.

My POS Eclipse probably have people pity me and give me the deals for a great price ^_^This is a really odd backstory man... but then again, being in this business finding distressed sellers, you are bound to find odd stories.

If you squint and loosely interpret some of them, you can find about a dozen that have kind of, sort of, maybe, quite possibly come true.

You don't want to loose the deal.

I never get that right.)The seller's agent is bound by both law and by ethics to get the best possible deal for the seller.When I represent a buyer, I always contact the seller's agent and ask "at what time today can you present our offer?"
